Ekkees Tareekh Shubh Muhurat (2018)

Ekees Tareekh Shubh Muhurta is a story of a 55-year-old man Pandit Girdhari Laal Sharma who wants his family to escape the family legacy of becoming a priest. Giridhari Laal, a priest in Mathura has no money but he wishes that his daughter Radha ( Kajal Jain) should be married to Gopal (Mahesh Sharma) with pomp and festivity. He demands for dowry for his son’s marriage to use the dowry money for his daughter’s marriage that unfolds the reality with most unexpected and unfortunate events that land him in jail. His dreams are shattered but he finds a new way that keeps the audience captivating with his stories amongst the prisoners to fulfil his dreams to be the storyteller. A simple comedy film of a priest who wants to see his daughter settled with a rich man. The script is good with some fantastic ideas but lacks the writing and screen play that shows the film in a poor light like it’s made in a hurry and lac Casting with Sanjay Mishra as the priest Girdhari Laal, Mukhesh Tiwarl, Brijendra Kala, Kajal Jain, Kamalika Banerje Bhagwan Tiwari and Chandrachoor Rai. The film is produced by Rajesh Kumar Jodhani and Mukhesh Jodhani and directed by Pavan Kumar Chauhan.
