Widower Vikas Anand lives a wealthy lifestyle with his only daughter Manisha. He is protective of her and has made sure she gets all the happiness in life. Manisha meets a college classmate Ajay and both fall in love after some initial tiffs. Manisha introduces him to her barrister father, who approves of him and both decide the date to marry. However Ajay surprisingly denies this arrangement and asks to wait for three years till he is financially secure and stable in life. Manisha’s father is impressed by this attitude and decides to agree and so does Manisha. He regularly keeps in touch with his lady love about his progress. However things take a shocking turn when after three years Ajay seems to have disappeared from her life and is said to have married another woman. It is now up to Manisha to find the real truth.
