Shankar is an honest and hard working man. He falls in love with Malti from his village but things take an ugly turn when she is killed by the corrupt and evil minister Manjeet. Shankar is falsely accussed and framed in her murder and arrested by police inspector Jyoti. Shankar vows revenge from Manjeet and escapes jail. Joyti stops him at all costs from killing the minister but when she learns the truth about Manjeet, she decides to join forces with Shankar and help him in eliminating the evil minister once and for all.
