Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha To Lock Horns With Yash’s KGF: Chapter 2

With so much of chaos going on due to the pandemic, filmmakers are keeping patient to release their big ticket movies in theaters. With massive amounts of money riding on the upcoming lot of films, there is bound to be a clash in cinema hall releases. As movie theaters are demanding 50% occupancy once again, filmmakers are keen to see their films come out on the big screens regardless. Two such films are the Aamir Khan starrer Laal Singh Chaddha and Yash starrer KGF: Chapter 2. Both will reportedly hit cinema halls on 14th April 2022. 

 

Aamir Khan Productions has issued an official statement confirming the film’s release. Considering the fanbase KGF already has being a franchise, the Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer might be taking a risk, but the statement issued by the producers has cleared the air…for now. Seeing the track record of the previously released action dubbed film Pushpa, which even overpowered Ranveer Singh’s 83, the makers of Laal Singh Chaddha might have to braise themselves for anything at this point. The latter is a Hindi remake of Hollywood classic Forrest Gump and also stars Naga Chaitanya and Mona Singh. KGF: Chapter 2 stars Kannada superstar Yash along with Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Raveena Tandon.
