Abhishek Bachchan Begins Kookie Gulatis Next

Last seen in Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyaan opposite Taapsee Pannu, actor Abhishek Bachchan has started shooting for director Kookie Gulati’s next film. The Happy New year actor will be seen opposite Ileana D’Cruz as his leading lady in the film. The actor took to his social media to share the exciting news with his fans with a picture of the film’s clapboard and wrote, “Here we go! A new journey, a new beginning. Need your best wishes. ajaydevgn #KookieGulati”.

The film will also star Ajay Devgn, who shared screen space with Abhishek Bachchan previously in Rohit Shetty’s comedy film ‘Bol Bachchan’. The yet to be titled film is based on true events that happened during the period of 1990 and 2000 and will go on floors the year-end. The makers are on the lookout for another actress to star in the movie. Ajay Devgn will next be seen in Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior starring Saif Ali Khan. Abhishek Bachchan will reprise his role in Yash Raj’s Bunty Aur Babli 2.
