After Laxmii, Another Akshay Kumar Movie To Release On OTT

Akshay Kumar is about to have a jam packed movie release schedule this whole year in 2021. While his Laxmii released a few months back on the digital platform, his next film Bell Bottom might also have a direct to digital release. This is quite shocking, as the actor is one of the most bankable stars of Bollywood and commands a big crowd at cinema halls. Since the film’s producers Jackky Bhagnani and Vashu Bhagnani have a great rapport with Amazon Prime Video and so does Akki, it was a natural move for them in these pandemic times.

Noe that the cinema halls across the country are open with 50% occupancy, we hope that the makers of Bell Bottom change their mind and do a cinematic release, like the fans of Akshay Kumar are hoping. The film was earlier supposed to release on 2nd April but due to it clashing with the release of Sooryavanshi, it will Now release in June.
