Ayushmann Khurrana Will Be Back In Dream Girl 2, Film To Go On Floors This June

Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana showed his immense talent and versatility in the 2019 sleeper hit Dream Girl. The film was one of the highest grossing films at the time with a box office collection of Rs 140 crore. This also put Khurrana in the top list of most bankable stars in Bollywood. The Andhadhun actor is now all set to be back in the film’s sequel with makers Raaj Shaandilyaa  and Ekta Kapoor. 

 

Dream Girl 2 will bring the dynamite team of Ayushmann, Ekta and Raaj together once again. There is no confirmation on the leading lady yet. The film’s script had been in the works since a long time now and finally things have been finalized. While the pre-production is going on currently, the film will go on floors in June 2022.  The sequel will be just as funny and entertaining and hold a social message towards the end. An official announcement is definitely on the way! 

 

Apart from this film, Ayushmann will be seen in Aanand L Rai’s Action Hero, for which he is currently shooting in London. He also has Doctor G with Rakul Preet Singh and Anubhav Sinha’s Anek.
