Deepika Padukone Is The Only Indian Artist To Be Part Of The 75th Cannes Film Festival Jury

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has won and still winning hearts in India with her incredible choice of films and her performances. The Padmaavat actress has also made her mark featuring in Hollywood films like XXX: Return Of Xander Cage. The actress is now making history by being the only Indian actor on the grand jury of the prestigious 75th Cannes Film Festival this year. The stunning actress has already left for the French Riviera. 

Deepika will be part of an 8 member jury that includes; Iranian filmmaker Asghar Farhadi, Swedish actress Noomi Rapace, actress screenwriter producer Rebecca Hall, Italian actress Jasmine Trinca, French director Ladj Ly, American director Jeff Nichols and Norwegian director Joachim Trier. They will review movies showcased from across the globe and select the best to promote the development of thought provoking and creative cinema. 

On the work front, Deepika is gearing up for the release of her film Pathaan with Shahrukh Khan and will also be seen in the action flick Fighter with Hrithik Roshan.
