Dharmendra-Dimple Kapadia To Feature In Shahid Kapoor And Kriti Sanon Starrer Robot-Themed Romantic Comedy.

Veteran actors Dharmendra and Dimple Kapadia are all set to reunite on the silver screen after 31 years. The actor, who is on a signing spree, is reportedly starring in the Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer robot-themed romantic comedy. The lead actors of the film are reportedly in Rajasthan for the shoot. The unit began the current schedule of the film on 15 December at a palatial heritage hotel in Jaisalmer. This will continue till 22 December. After this, the team will head to the northern part of the country to shoot for the second schedule. The makers will soon decide whether it will be shot in Chandigarh or Delhi.

The untitled venture is said to be a robot rom com set against the backdrop of Indian culture and tradition. The story will feature a quirky take on the romance between a man and a machine, with Shahid playing the role of a robotics expert, while Kriti will be seen as a robot. Interestingly, the film will be a cross between the 2014 Hollywood film Ex Machina and the Life OK science-fiction drama Bahu Hamari Rajinikanth.
