Khal Nayak had become Bollywood’s most iconic crime dramas and had garnered massive excitement among the fans. Shroff has once again sparked off the excitement of Khalnayak Returns. The said sequel has already created substantial buzz ever since its announcement with Jackie Shroff’s comments that added fuel to the much-anticipated sequel and the project. 


In a recent interview, the veteran actor revealed that he has yet to see the script for the sequel but hinted that his character of police officer Ram Sinha could make a come back alongside Madhuri Dixit.  His trademark style of speaking, he said, Sanju Baba’s posters are already out as Khalnayak. Bas Police officer aur Unki Dharam Patni peechhe hai said he that the Police officer Ram Sinha and his wife have yet to join in.  The fans were thrilled to this confession by the senior actor and the excitement of seeing the original trio together once again on the big screen. 


Madhuri Dixit clarified she has not yet received any official offer for Khal Nayak Returns or Khal Nayak sequel.


Meanwhile Madhuri Dixit has confirmed she has not yet received any such offers for Khal Nayak Sequel or has entered in any formal discussion regarding her role in the sequel. Despite her confession, the fans are still hopeful that the iconic star cast will reunite for the Subhash Ghai’s 1993 cult classic sequence. 


Jackie Shroff also recalled fondly on the journey with Subhash Ghai. He remembered how the filmmaker took this project as a major gamble by casting him in Khal Nayak. He praised Subhash Ghai for nurturing his natural acting and that the director back then treated all the stars like his own children. He further highlighted the strong bond between them that they have shared since Hero was launched in 1983 which took off for Jackie in the filmy career. 


Jackie Shroff will be seen in Ahmed Khan’s Welcome To The Jungle releasing on June 26th 2026 and was recently seen in The Great Grand Superhero.
