Karan Johar And Ranveer Singh Begin Recce In Delhi For Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani

On Bollywood star Ranveer Singh’s birthday on July 6th, the actor announced his upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite his Gully Boy co-star Alia Bhatt. Fans were quite intrigued by the sudden announcement. More so because it is made under Dharma Productions which was to give updates on latter’s film Takht. Director Karan Johar has now flown to the capital with the Padmaavat actor to scout for possible locations for their light love story. Reportedly Johar is looking at some well known places in Delhi like Humayun’s Tomb, Chandni Chowk and also some places in Gurgaon and Noida. The Student of the Year filmmaker was also spotted at a night club there recently. 

As per sources, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani will most likely go on floors by August 2021. The film also stars veteran actors like Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi, all of whom will be gracing the big screen after a considerable gap. Meanwhile Ranveer will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus and Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
