Mukesh Ambani shared a letter to the shareholders highlighting the success of Jio Studios over the film Dhurandhar.  


The business tycoon recently shared a letter with the shareholders in which he highlighted Jio Studios’s recent achievements and it was Dhurandhar franchise that has created a new benchmark in the box office performance. 


Jio Studios has achieved the unique distinction of having the highest grossing film three years in a row. Starting with Stree 2 in 2024, Dhurandhar in 2025 and Dhuarandhar: The Revenge in 2026.   Jio Studios has released the record smashing spy action thrillers  one after another creating a new benchmark in box office performance and its strategy over monetization models and customer engagement globally. 


The first part of Dhurandhar on its own created a record-breaking success which went on to become the highest grossing Indian films of all time. The film followed an unprecedented run of 15 straight weeks until the second part of the film arrived in the cinemas and continued the success. The Dhurandhar Part 2, Dhurandhar: The Revenge was released with a massive anticipation and it went on to shatter records sets by Dhurandhar the first film said Ambani.
