“New Day, New Roller Coaster”, Says Akshay Kumar As He Wraps ‘Raksha Bandhan’

Being one of the highest paid and busiest actors in Bollywood isn’t all that easy after all. You need dedication, discipline and hardwork to keep the ball rolling. All these qualities are in abundance in actor Akshay Kumar and thus he has been simultaneously working on multiple films and wrapping them up one after. The latest one, the Good Newwz actor has completed is Aanand L Rai’s Raksha Bandhan co-starring Bhumi Pednekar. 

Akshay took to his social media page to announce wrapping up the film and wrote, “Here’s to all I and @aanandlrai did throughout the shoot of #RakshaBandhan - laugh like there’s no tomorrow! Ironically, as we wrapped the film last night, there was a bittersweet tinge of sadness. Off to the next. New day, new roller coaster. Here’s to all I and @aanandlrai did throughout the shoot of #RakshaBandhan - laugh like there’s no tomorrow! Ironic…” The film will hit the big screens on 11 August 2022. 

Akshay will next be seen in multiple projects that include Sooryavanshi opposite Katrina Kaif, Bachchan Pandey opposite Kriti Sanon and Atrangi Re opposite Sara Ali Khan. He was last seen in the spy thriller Bell Bottom co-starring Vaani Kapoor and Lara Dutta.
