Ranjha Song From Shershaah Released

After soulful songs in the past like Din Shagna Da’ and ‘Kho gaye Hum Kahan', music composer and singer Jasleen Royal is back with another melodious song. This time it is for the upcoming war film Shershaah starring Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. Sharing the song on social media she wrote, “my next with @bpraak #ranjha is all about how to make the love of your life stay a little longer before you bid your final goodbye.” The beautiful soul stirring song features the leading pair. The song has an emotional dept to it that will move you to tears automatically. 

 

Talking about her song Jasleen said, “This song is special to me at many levels. It’s been very overwhelming on the whole. I was in a very emotional state of mind during the time I recorded this song… My best friend was going through a bad break up and It was really overwhelming to see her go through it…This song helped me vent out all that was happening around me.. it was kind of therapeutic.. This song has layers of emotions to it.. of love, separation and everything in between.. I really hope people resonate with it too.” Shershaah is directed by Vishnuvardhan Kulasekaran and jointly produced by Karan Johar and Shabbir Boxwala.
