Salman Khan Approached For ‘Miracle In Cell No. 7’ Hindi Remake

Bollywood films have been inspired by international movies for decades. Some have however done well and some have not. But that doesn’t stop filmmakers from their foreign films obsession. The latest one in the offing is the Korean hit film ‘Miracle in Cell No.7’. Producer Murad Khetani has bought the rights for its Hindi remake. He is known for backing films like Kabir Singh. The film is based on a real life incident that occurred in a prison in 1973.

 

The story of the film revolves around a mentally unstable man wrongly taken into custody for murder and rape. He then befriends all the tough criminal inmates and finds a way to meet his daughter. Reportedly the makers have approached Bharat actor Salman Khan to play the lead. No confirmation is yet given if he has given his nod. The actor will next be seen in Tiger 3.
