Shah Rukh Khan's production house is churning out interesting material, his latest outing being Alia Bhatt starrer 'Darlings'. The film hit OTT and there is more to come from the experimental makers. Joining the remake trend, SRK's production has acquired the rights to the 1998 comic caper 'Dulhe Raja'. As per reports, the actor is reportedly planning to remake the 90s hit and has bought the blanket rights of the film starring Govinda and Raveena Tandon. Farhad Samji, who is shooting for Salman Khan's 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan', has reportedly started working on the script for the 'Dulhe Raja' remake.

SRK's team will reportedly go ahead with the remake if the screenplay merits it, or else, they will continue to generate revenue from television and digital screenings of the film. Apart from Govinda and Raveena, also featured Kader Khan, Prem Chopra, Johnny Lever, Asrani, and Mohnish Behl in pivotal roles. Shah Rukh Khan is currently shooting for Atlee's Jawan in Chennai.
