O’Romeo doesn’t promise a gentle love story. It’s raw, dangerous and unforgettable. O’Romeo brings to you a fierce tale through Ustara a gangster who is passionately brutal played with intensity by Shahid Kapoor in a never seen before new avatar. 

The newly released trailer of O’Romeo is about love that collides with violence and is inspired by true events. Vishal Bharadwaj’s directorial is about the gritty underbelly of Mumbai that blends with romance, action and has its emotional complexities backed by the grand cinematic vision by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film however, promises the scale depth trademark of Bhardwaj. 

O’Romeo boasts a powerful ensemble. 

Besides Shahid Kapoor, Triptii Dimrii in the lead role, the film has a powerful star cast consisting of Farida Jalal, Nana Patekar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Avinash Tiwary, Disha Patani and Vikrant Massey in a special appearance.  

The film has aggressive dialogues that will be etched in the minds of the people like one of the dialogues that Ustara says is, ‘Jab Kahunga, Nachna Padega, Ustara Se Panga Nahi Lene Ka’, ‘Shareer Se aatma Katke Le Jaata Hai’ both these dialogues  and many more such  are surely going to create a strong impact with the powerful background score. Every character in the film adds further to the film’s dark immersive underworld. 

Meanwhile the trailer also showcases a high energy sequence featuring Shahid Kapoor, Disha Patani which adds to the momentum of the narrative. 

The shimmering chemistry between Triptii Dimri and Shahid Kapoor is obvious of a love story told through silences, strained emotions and an unspoken love with a brutal tale of survival. 

Collaborating with Vishal Bhardwaj is music by Arijit Singh and Gulzar Sahab that is poetic a, haunting and deeply echoing. 

The film presented by Sajid Nadiadwala is produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj is set for its theatrical release on February 13th 2026 to coincide perfectly in the valentine week.
