Shootings Of Sadak 2 And Shershaah To Be Postponed

After the revoking Article 370, which grants special status to Jammu and Kashmir, films that were due to shoot in the scenic valley will have to postpone their plans. The Sidharth Malhotra starrer Shershaah and its team was to shoot in Kashmir over the next few months but will have to put it on hold till they get more clarity on things.

 

Few crucial scenes from Sadak 2 starring Sanjay Dutt and Alia Bhatt were to be shot in J&K as well but have been postponed as well. The place has been a favourite with filmmakers over the years and this news will bring a grimace to Bollywood’s face. The most renowned films shot in Kashmir include Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Fitoor, Haider, Highway, Jab Tak Hai Jaan and Uri: The Surgical Strike, among others.
