Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari To Release On Gandhi Jayanti 2025

Dharma Productions has rescheduled its upcoming romantic comedy Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, featuring Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor, to release on Thursday, October 2, 2025, aligning with the Gandhi Jayanti holiday. The announcement was made along with a fresh poster from the makers.

Romantic comedy moves to festive October launch

Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film marks Varun and Janhvi’s second collaboration after their 2023 film Bawaal. The cast also includes Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, Maniesh Paul, and Akshay Oberoi. The new poster features a poetic line that reads, Yeh aansoon hain mere, samundar ka jal nahin… Baarish ka kya bharosa, aaj hai… kal nahi, adding an emotional touch to the promotional material.

Initially slated for April 18 and later moved to September 12, the new release date targets the festive window around Gandhi Jayanti and Dussehra.
