Actor Tushar Kapoor voiced his opinion on Wednesday stating there is no pressure on the star kids once their first film is released.  The expectation from the audience is before their debut film is released, there after these kids are on their own like any other star.

Son of veteran actor Jeetendra and producer Shobha Kapoor, Tushar Kapoor spoke during the trailer launch of his new film ‘Kapkapii’.  He said audience like a movie for what it offers you and they like the actors for the kind of work they do.  Before the first film of any star kid, it is natural to have expectations, but once the film is released,  its their hard work,  talent, their screen presence that matters.    Your work has to do the talking and its not about whose son or daughter you are.   Its all about how you conduct yourself  ,choose the right projects and take your career forward , have the right attitude towards your work.

Horror comedy ‘Kapkapii’ is the last film directed by Sangeeth Sivan who died in 2024. Starring alongside of Tushar Kapoor is also Shreyas Talpade. Tushar Kapoor’s first comedy film was ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum’ directed by Sangeeth Sivan . The actor expressed that he learnt comedy from him and that he had given him a role of a life time then and he has given me another memorable role for now as well.

‘Kapkapii’ will also feature Sonia Ratee, Abishek Kuar, Varun Pandey, Siddhi Idnani, Jay Thakar and Dinkar Sharma. The film is produced by Bravo Entertainment led by Jayesh Patel and Umesh Kumar and presented by Zee Studios. The release of the film is scheduled for May 23rd 2025.
