Rahul, played by Tusshar Kapoor and Karan, played by Riteish Deshmukh are close friends and live together. Rahul is hardworking and sincere, while Karan is lazy and wants easy money. When the city is terrorized by a series or murders and rapes, Rahul somehow becomes the prime suspect. Tough and violent police inspector Urmila, played by Isha Koppikar is in charge of nabbing Rahul. She comes in disguise as a beautiful and sexy girl and seduces him. He falls for her but Urmila too falls in love with Rahul.
Karan meanwhile falls in love with Kiran, played by Bobby Darling, who is in fact the brother of Rekha, played by Neha Dhupia, who is also Karan’s college mate. Karan is about to marry Kiran, when Rekha reaches on time and tell him that she was the one writing him letter not Kiran. Karan realizes that Rekha is his true love. Rahul is about to be arrested as a serial rapist when the real culprit Uma Shankar turns himself in. Rahul then marries Urmila.
The movie is directed by Sangeeth Sivan and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The music is composed by Anu Malik and Franco Vaz. The film’s story is written by Sachin Yardi and Pankaj Trivedi.
