Dancer, choreographer and filmmaker Remo D’Souza left fans shocked when he suffered a massive heart attack on 11th December and was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital. A major surgery was performed on him to correct his blocked arteries and a stent was put in his heart. The ABCD 2 director has finally been discharged from the hospital and is back home recovering well. He posted a slo-mo video of himself on his social media account with some welcome home balloons and wrote, “Thank you all for the love, prayers and blessings I am back... thank you @gabrieldsouzaaa @__adonis____ and @edie_rockwood for the beautiful welcome back ... and thanks to all my friends.”

Meanwhile Bollywood stars and his friends posted sweet messages for him. Tiger Shroff wrote, “Time to come back stronger than ever.” Other stars who dropped sweet messages included Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Bobby Deol, among others. Friend and fello choreographer Terence Lewis wrote, “This made my day! So happy to see you safe home with your loved ones! Stay blessed n I'm coming to meet u as soon as I'm back in the bay! Love n positive healing vibes to u bro!”
