Varun Dhawan Starrer Jug Jugg Jeeyo To Go On Floors Again...Soon

The upcoming comedy drama Jug Jugg Jeeyo went on floors in 2020 with a lot of pomp and fanfare. However things came to a grinding halt when several cast members were tested positive for the corona virus. Now that things have normalised a bit after a year, the film is all set to resume shooting its next schedule. The shoot is slated to commence end of April. The film stars Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani in lead roles. The duo had briefly shared screen space in the Alia Bhatt starrer Kalank and will be seen full fledged paired opposite each other. 

Jug Jugg Jeeyo will also mark the Bollywood comeback of veteran actress Neetu Singh after the demise of her husband Rishi Kapoor last year. It also stars Anil Kapoor in the lead. The film’s story revolves around two couples who are involved in issues post their marriage. The team is contemplating filming in Punjab but there is no official statement on that.
