Veteran actor Vikram Gokhale passes away. He died in Pune today. After fighting for life and death for 15 days, this artist finally lost. Shortly before the news of his death, the hospital shared a health update, stating that his condition is continuously deteriorating and he has been put on a life support system. Vikram Gokhale had heart and kidney problems due to which he was admitted to Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital in Pune two weeks ago.

Vikram Gokhale, during his long career, featured in several Marathi and Hindi films including 'Agneepath' with Amitabh Bachchan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam'. In recent years, he had also worked in films such as Mission Mangal, Hichki, Aiyaary, Bang Bang!, De Dana Dan, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa. In a career spanning over 40 years, he also acted in several TV shows.

This veteran artist started his film career in the year 1971 with Amitabh Bachchan's 'Parwana'. He received the National Award for Best Actor in 2010 for the Marathi film Ishti. He also ventured into direction with the Marathi film Aaghat. The fans are immersed in mourning due to the passing of their favorite artist like this.
