Vicky Kaushal's upcoming romantic comedy-drama film Govinda Naam Mera is going to release soon. As the release date of Govinda Naam Mera nears, the team of makers and star cast is busy promoting their film. Apart from all this, Vicky Kaushal has shared a picture on his Instagram handle, in which he is seen dancing as a background dancer. In this throwback picture, little Vicky Kaushal is performing on stage as a background dancer along with his school classmates. After seeing his caption, it is known that he is playing a background dance role in his upcoming film Govinda Naam Mera and he will be seen dancing freely in the film. Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar's loving banter is visible in the recently released trailer of the film but the very next moment choreographer K Govind Waghmare gets caught in a love triangle with his wife Gauri and girlfriend Suku. Fed up with this, Vicky Kaushal kills his wife and then is seen struggling to dispose of her dead body.

Vicky Kaushal plays the titular role in the film, while Bhumi Pednekar plays his wife. But Kiara Advani is going to be seen in the role of his girlfriend. Also, Vicky will be seen struggling as a choreographer in the film. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film is produced under the banner of Karan Johar's production house Dharma Productions. This comedy-drama film is going to stream on the OTT platform Disney + Hotstar on December 16, 2022.
