Saif Ali Khan Will Be Seen In Aankhen Sequel

The Baazaar actor will join the cast of Aankhen 2 with Amitabh Bachchan and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead. Saif Ali Khan will play the part similar to Akshay Kumar in the previous film. The 2002 film Aankhen was a super hit and starred Sushmita Sen, Paresh Rawal and Arjun Rampal in the lead under Vipul Amrutlal Shah's direction.

Director Anees Bazmee who was earlier embroiled in a legal dispute with producer Gaurang Doshi says the movie will now be co-produced by Eros International and Rajtaru. The film will go on floors in the second half of 2019 and is slated to release in January 2020.
