Surveen Chawla

Surveen started her career in the entertainment field with television and debuted as Charu in the television serial called Kahin To Hoga and went on to essay a role of protagonist in Kaajjal 2 in 2013. The show went on until 2017. She also acted in a television series in Parched in 2015, and 24 in 2016. In 2018, Surveen was seen in the Hindi Web Series called Haq Se opposite Rajeev Khandelwal. The web series was set in the turbulent of infested Kashmir terrorist story revolving around the Mirza Sisters. Surveen had essayed the role of the elder of the four sisters in the web series.

Surveen had appeared in the reality dance show Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena in 2008 opposite S. Sreesanth, the Indian cricketer. She had also appeared in the famous television serial, Ksautii Zindagi Kay in 2004.

Surveen, besides telefilms she also hosted the television comedy show, Comedy Circus Ke Superstars. Surveen also made her film debut in the Kannada film Paramesha Panwala. In 2011, she appeared in Punjabi films, Taur Mittran Di, Saadi Love Story, Singh Vs Kaur Disco Singh and Lucky Di Unlucky Story. She also did an item number, ‘Dhoka Dhoka’in Himmatwala.

Surveen has appeared in Tamil films as well and then appeared in the thriller film Ugly by Anurag Kashyap. Suvreen was also a part of the film Hate Story 2, for which she did her promotions with co-star Jay Bhanushali. 

She appeared in one of the Punjabi hit songs, ‘Mirtran De Boot’ and appeared in the song, ‘ Sawan Aaya Hai’ in the film Creature 3D. 

She has appeared in a song ‘Tuti Bole Wedding Di’ in the film Welcome Back and in a Punjabi film Hero Naam Yaad Rakhi opposite Jimmy Shergill. S

Surveen has also participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Surveen Chawal’s most recent appearance was in the web series called Criminal Justice. She has also starred in the crime thriller Mandala Murders which premiered and is currently streaming on Netflix. She is seen along with Vaani Kapoor, Vaibhav Raj Gupta and the series is directed by Vivek Chauhan. 

 Surveen is also a part of the web series, A Family Matter which is about the criminal justice franchise.
