Vishnu, played by Jimmy Sheirgill is appointed as the new security guard at Amity Mall, which is going to be inaugurated the next day. The mall has been in a lot of controversy ever since its construction, as many workers and laborers have lost their lives. The media has even gone so far to label the mall as a mysterious and haunted place.
During the night of the inauguration party strange things begin to happen at the mall. The party includes the mall owner Manchanda, played by Arif Zakaria, his children and his associate Khan, played by Asif Basra. Ahana, played by Nushrat Bharucha is also present at the party with her friends.
After the party is almost over the people start leavingand only ones left are Khan, Manchanda, his children and Vishnu, all locked inside the mall as they struggle to break free and escape. The ghost meanwhile is on a killing spree. Vishnu slowly starts uncovering the identity of the ghost who is targeting the party people at the mall. A ghost confides to Vishnu that in place of the mall there used to be an orphanage managed by a nun. Manchanda and Khan tried to persuade her to sell the land but she refused and they burned it down. Among the orphans staying there was Vishnu who survived but lost his memory of the incident.
The ghost of the Nun and the dead children start killing the people responsible for murdering them. They spare Vishnu and Ahana as they have done nothing wrong. The movie is directed by Pavan Kirpalani and produced by Abhimanyu Singh. The music is composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
