Goverdhan and Damani are sworn enemies for the longest time. They cannot stand each other and have to take out their bitterness when they see eachother. Fed up with their enmity, their boss Trikal Anna, has told them to let bygones be bygones and embraces each other. Left with no choice, Damani and Goverdhan, decide to finally bury the hatchet and try be cordial to each other. Trikal also suggests that they get their children married to the other’s. Thus Goverdhan tells his son Vicky, played by Mohnish Behl to go to Surat and meet Damani’s daughter Priti, played by Preity Zinta.

 

On his way to Surat Vicky gives a lift to Raja, played by Govinda. Unfortunately their car has an accident and falls into the river. Raja is rescued but there is no sign of Vicky. Raja soon takes Vicky’s place and goes to Surat as Vicky since no ine has seen either of them. On meeting Priti he falls in love with her and she too eventually falls for him. Damani sends a message that Priti and Vicky like each other and will get married. After a few days to Goverdhan’s shock his son Vicky returns saying he never made it to Surat nor has he met Priti. Things get tricky and Goverdhan decides to go to Surat himself to find out the real truth.

 

The movie is directed by Harmesh Malhotra and produced by Tutu Sharma. The music is composed by Anand-Milind and the film is written by Anwar Khan.
