The story of the film revolves around Mahesh who comes to the city in search of a lucrative job. He struggles to get a hand into any good job but realizes he is good at playing cards. He plays several times and wins and soon he becomes one of the greatest known gamblers in the city overnight. People look up to him and some even envy him. There are people who are now dreading the amount of money he can make and want to get rid of him at any cost.
The film is directed by Ram Govind and produced by Amarlal P Chhabria. The music is composed by Anup Jalota. The story and dialogues are written by Ram Govind and the screenplay is written by Dharam Veer Ram. The star cast inludse Ranjan Sippy, Bharat Kapoor, Khushboo, Sapna, Ramesh tiwari, Rajeev Choudhary, Surendra Sharna, Anuo Jalota, Rajesh Puri, Liliput, Vinod Mehra, Jayshree Gadkar and Minu Mumtaz.
