Aamir Khan Shared An Exciting Update About His Next Phase In His Career The Actor Has Been Evaluating Scripts Last Six Months

After carefully evaluating and listening to the scripts the superstar has finally locked his new upcoming films that he will be working on. This time he is clearly focused on which ones he would be acting in. 

In Aamir Khan Universe, the actor expressed his gratitude for the immense love and support he has garnered over the years from the audience and his fans.  He said past six months he has been dedicating his time to select the right scripts. Khan has been listening to numerous scripts in the meantime and will finalise a handful of projects that he believes will decide on his on-screen journey going forward. 

Alongside of this announcement Aamir Khan also revealed a major shift within his production house, Aamir Khan Productions. He has further confirmed that producer and executive Aparna Purohit will now handle his day-to-day operations for him in his company. The move is to allow Khan to step back from the administrative responsibilities and instead concentrate on his craft as an actor.  He further stated that for him his fans can now expect to see him in more projects in the coming years. 

Two upcoming films confirmed by Aamir Khan 

Two films from his production banner are scheduled for its release this year. The first is Ek Din, a romantic drama starring his son Junaid Khan with Sai Pallavi which is all set for its release in the theatres on May 1st 2026.  The much-awaited project is Lahore 1947 is also slated for its release in August this year.   Aamir Khan has also hinted at his third production titled, Ati Sundar which is expected its theatrical release end of the year. 

Aamir Khan is currently involved in the post production of Ek Din to ensure every detail is perfect by the perfectionist actor director.   Directed by Sunil Pandey and the film is produced by Aamir Khan Mansoor Khan and Aparna Purohit.  The film will mark another significant step and a feather in the cap for the Aamir Khan Productions House. 

Aamir Khan with his three releases is promising several projects and seems ready to begin a new exciting chapter in his already illustrious film career.
