Ek Din is one of the recently released movies of the r romantic-drama genre. This new film’s story is about Arjun, a reserved young man stuck in the mundane, and Meera, a caring woman at various crossroads in her life. The story occurs over one life-changing day, and during one of these life-changing moments in time, Arjun and Meera happen to cross paths on maybe a shared ride or in the heart of the city.

As their day goes on, so too does the peeling back of the layers in their lives; Arjun will start to let go of some of his frustration from his family obligations and fears about his career will come out, while Meera will start to expose her insecurities and desires to have some emotional connection.

With the careful execution of chance, through a series of connected moments made up of stolen glances, spontaneous laughs, and shared meals, Arjun and Meera begin to feel closer together. As the evening turns into night, they both approach a tipping point in heart and spirit, do I return to safety and familiarity, or do we grasp this potential moment forever?
