Kartik Aaryan Meets Anurag Basu And Bhushan Kumar For Aashiqui 3

Kartik Aaryan announced that he will be directing one of the most heart-wrenching sequels of Bollywood, Aashiqui 3. The third installment will be helmed by Anurag Basu and produced by Bhushan Kumar, while the makers are yet to reveal details about the film's leading lady. Earlier, the trio was caught in an office discussing further developments.

In September, Karthik made the big announcement with a social media post that read, "This one is going to be Heart-wrenching!! My First with Basu Da." The actor had earlier told a news portal, that working in this film will be extremely special for him. “The timeless classic ‘Aashiqui’ is something I grew up watching and working on ‘Aashiqui 3’ is like a dream come true. I feel privileged yet grateful collaborating with Bhushan Kumar and Mukesh Bhatt for this opportunity. I’ve been a big fan of Anurag Basu’s work and collaborating with him on this one will definitely shape me in many ways”.

Apart from Aashiqui 3, Kartik also has 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' starring Kiara Advani. He also has 'Shehzada' with Kriti Sanon and 'Captain India' in the pipeline. He recently appeared in an OTT film 'Freddy' opposite Alaya F.
