Arjun Kapoor will be sharing screen space with his uncle Anil Kapoor for the very first time for the film' Mubarakan' . The film is a romantic comedy directed by Anees Bazmee and will see the Bollywood star playing a double role in the film that will hit the screens in July 2017.
The team reworked their shooting schedule to accommodate a day off on Friday March 25th as a mark of respect to Arjun's late mother Mona Kapoor's death anniversary . The producers called off the shooting to enable the leading man of the film to spend the day with his sister Anshula. The thoughtful gesture by the team and the filmmaker brought tears to the actor's eyes.
In the film, ' Mubarakan' along with Arjun Kapoor starring also is Ileana D'Cruz , Athiya Shetty and Neha Sharma.
Its been five years since his mother passed away due to Cancer in 2012. Remembering her death anniversary Arjun Kapoor paid an emotional tribute on the social media and is seen with his sister Anshula. The picture has Arjun Kapoor and his sister as kids holding hands and posing with their mother. In his interview a few years back for a leading daily the actor said he had a wonderful relationship with his mother and she was his best friend and that he misses her presence every moment. He said she would have been proud to see his success as she has brought him up to be what he is today.
Where work is concerned Arjun Kapoor has a busy time ahead . He has signed another film in the making with Mohit Suri's ' Half Girlfriend' with Shraddha Kapoor in a romantic drama that is slated for its release on the May 19th 2017.
