Actress Manisha Koirala had earlier spoken about her plans to write a book and in her book wanted to show people how to live a holistic life and is keen to share her knowledge of her obsession of being healthy. The actress had gathered her notes from her writing during her illness .
The actress says the book is not her autobiography but a reflection of her life and films. Manisha Koirala is collaborating on the book with another cancer survivor, sources say she has been in touch with some multinational publishing house since last year and the book is ready for its launch by end of this year.
Having put past behind her, she now wants to help others by sharing her experiences, her journey through her survival and how to remain positive in the circumstances.
The actress in her comeback film, 'Dear Maya' is also about finding hope and she has loved the script. The film will show her in different shades of life, Happy, dark and everything in between. The film is directed by debutante director Sunaina Bhatnagar.
The brilliant actress is also essaying the role of Nargis Dutt for the Biopic film on Sanjay Dutt. Nargis Dutt who fought the disease succumbed to it.
In her interview, Manisha Koirala said she has given up on alcohol and non vegetarian food and enjoys reading Ayurveda and Naturopathy . Her main motto is spreading cancer awareness and assuring people that if it is detected on time, it is curable. Surely an inspiration to many. Manisha Koirala at 45 looks like a dream . The actress says , Cancer teaches you to appreciate life and it's miracles.
The book penned by Manisha Koirala is not going to be about her despair in the condition she was when she was ill but it will about finding a light , a new hope in darkness of life and death.
