Every year hundreds of young girls and boys migrate from small villages and towns to the metro cities like Mumbai and Delhi to make it big. Only some of them are able to realise their dreams. The film 'Shab' directed by Onir which is set in the post South Delhi explores the dark side of the fashion world and the complicated human relationships.
'Shab' which means 'Night' has nailed the ugly truth about the posh and urban lives of the rich and famous in the industry. Onir who has won a National Award for his film, ' I Am' has directed this film with actress Raveena Tandon in the lead, playing the sophisticated fashion patron who becomes a mentor to a young aspiring model played by Ashish Bisht. Their relationship gets complicated in the dark reality of the fashion world is .
