Biography

Siddharth Jadhav primarily started his film career from Marathi film Industry . He began his acting career at a very young age and received several awards including that of Best Actor Award at the Ravikiran Balnatya Spardha held in 1996 .  He was hardly a 15-year-old boy then.  He subsequently started getting lot of roles and began appearing in television shows. Ek Shunya Baburao, Hasa Chakat Fu, Ghadlay Bighdlay and Daar, Ugadh Na Gade . 

He got his first break and recognition in Hindi Cinema with his role as Sattu Supari in Rohit Shetty’s very successful comedy film ‘Golmaal’ in 2006.    In the same year he also acted in a popular Marathi film Jatra and Aga Bai Arrecha! Where his performance was well appreciated by the audience.

Known for his impeccable comic tuning in the film Siddharth stated getting lead roles in the year 2007 for the film, Bakula Namdeo Ghotale, a Marathi film and thereafter did many more Marathi films.  He also was a part of the ‘Golmaal Returns’ in 2007 in a cameo comedy role.

He also paired a comic duo with Bharti Singh for the television comedy show Circus Ke Ajoobe.  Some of his Marathi popular stints were in Me Shivajirao Bhoslay Boltay in 2009, followed by Hindi film ‘City of Gold’ in 2019, Kho-Kho in 2013 .

In 2017 he had two other hit films again in Marathi, called Manus Ek Mati and Ye Re Ye Re Paisa. He was also seen acting in the film Shahsan in 2015, Manus Ek Mati in 2017 , Mauli in 2018 , Hindi film Simmbaa as Police Inspector in the same year and Khichik in 2019.
He went on to act in 65 films and 5 television serials.
