Chandralekha (1998)

Seetha Rama Rao has a rough financial existence until he saves the lovely Chandra from a vehicle accident and his world is flipped upside down. Seetha is mistaken for Chandra's groom when Chandra's parents arrive at the hospital to find their daughter in a coma. Chandra, on the other hand, is in a vigil coma, allowing her to hear and see everything. What happens if she wakes up and discovers that Seetha isn't her husband?
