Sapna is the daughter of a wealthy man who pampers her a lot. She decides to go to Nainital for a picnic with her friends. There she meets a young tour guide named Suraj and becomes close to him. They eventually fall in love. Meanwhile Sapna’s father has chosen his friend’s son Manish to wed Sapna and asks him to go to Nanital to meet her so they can get acquainted with each other. Soon Manish reaches Nainital and comes to know that Sapna and Suraj are in love. In anger he abducts her and tries to molest her. Suraj saves her and they flee. Unfortunately Manish gets killed and the cops blame Suraj for the murder. The couple are now on the run.
The movie is directed by Marooq Mirza and produced by Sangeet Films Pvt Ltd. The music is composed by Shyam Surinder / Virendra Singh and the lyrics are written by Gauhar Kanpuri. The dialogues are written by Jalees Sherwani. The star cast includes Ravi Sagar, Divya Dutta, Aasif Shaikh, Brij Gopal, Shafi Inamdar, Dalip Tahil, Bharat Kapoor, Raju Shrivastava and Amit Bhalla.
