Patita is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Tragedy Film crafted with excellence by Amiya Chakrabarty. The Story revolves around the life of Radha (played by Usha Kiran)- A Sweet and simple girl living with her widowed and ill father and does odd jobs for the sake of money and she meets with a Young and kind man-Nirmal (played by Dev Anand) and they together fell in love and he wants to change her fortune. Things get complicated- when he finds her along with his father missing and in vain finds out her after years with another man and a child- but she claims- she is unmarried, leading to consequences.
