Romantic (2021)

Vasco da Gama is a streetwise thug who turns to crime to make a fortune and realise his grandmother's dream. He and his childhood buddy Annie join Rodrigues' gang, Goa's most notorious drug mafia leader. Vasco quickly rises to the top of the Goa underworld. Vasco is seduced by the charms and 'back' beauty of Monica, a teenage musician. Vasco assassinates Rodrigues after a botched cocaine deal and proclaims himself the new mafia ruler of Goa. He kills a SI in the process, and a diligent and vicious ACP Ramya Gowarikar is dispatched from Mumbai to Goa to apprehend Vasco.
