Akshay Kumar’s Prithviraj To Lock Horns With Another Major Release This Diwali

Now that the lockdown is lifted and business in Bollywood is slowly gaining a foothold, big budget films are wasting no time to announce their releases. The films that were supposed to hit the big screens in 2020 will now see the light of day this year. One of them is the highly anticipated biopic Prithviraj starring Akshay Kumar. The film’s makers have now announced its Diwali release. However another movie was already in line to do so. That is the Shahid Kapoor starrer Jersey. The two films will now have to battle it out at the box office. 

 

Some of the other films that will clash this year include S S Rajamouli’s RRR with Maidaan, Salman Khan starrer Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ with John Abraham starrer Satyameva Jayate 2 and KGF: Chapter 2 with Tiger Shroff starrer Heropanti 2.
