After the super success of the recently released Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 starring Kartik Aaryan, it’s producer are planning to make it a franchise. But that’s not all. The 2019 hit Kabir Singh starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani will also have a sequel. The film’s characters which became iconic will now be reprised in Kabir Singh 2. 

Producers Bhushan Kumar and Murad Khetani confirmed that Kabir Singh despite having a few negative reviews became a cult film and there is enough scope in the narrative to make a sequel. The T-series owner said, “It’s an iconic character and can be taken into a second part.” The film is a Hindi remake of South hit Arjun Reddy and is helmed by the original director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. 

Kabir Singh is produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar’s banner T-Series Films and Murad Khetani and Anjum Khetani’s banner Cine1 Studios.
