Two of the excellent cricket players from each community Thiru played by Vishnu Vishal and Shamsuddin played by Vikranth had clashed between them ever since they were kids. This rivalry transcends into cricket playground and in their village. Rajinikanth plays the father of Shamsuddin Moideen bhai who starts the 'Three Star' cricket team. The team letter gets split because of jealousy and the negative motives of a few people. This led to different teams representing each religion Hindu and Muslim in the village. The whole misunderstanding leads to bigger drama and one peaceful.  environment in the village. The plot of the movie revolves around Moideen bhai's interference in this Hindu-Muslim conflict.
