Shahid Kapoor Starrer ‘Jersey’ Shoot Halted

People are still gushing over the lover boy image actor Shahid Kapoor created in Kabir Singh opposite Kiara Advani. The South remake of Arjun Reddy made the actor claim his position once again as a serious actor. Now, the Padmaavat actor will be soon seen in yet another South remake titled ‘Jersey’. The sports related film had its shoot resumed in Chandigarh, however it had to be halted due to the ongoing Indian farmer’s protest. 

The team of ‘Jersey’ has now moved to Uttarakhand capital to film few important portions but will return to Chandigarh to complete the shoot. The film also stars Super 30 actress Mrunal Thakur and Shahid’s actor father Pankaj Kapur.
