“Aalukku Paathi 50/50” is the new Tamil horror-comedy film from the director's desk of Krishna Sai. The lead pair in this action-comedy genre is formed by Shruthi Ramakrishna, Bavithra, and Shreya Gupta along with Yogi Babu and Sethu. It has a blend of action, comedy, and some supernatural attributes.

Set in this background where the three gangster brothers have everybody terrorized as they control everything, it seems the story of a cop in a desperate condition devises a plan to attack the brothers on their weakest flank: their money.

Meanwhile, a couple of petty thieves are looking to make some quick cash. He secretly approaches the thieves and tells them that they should relieve the gangsters of their stash. The gangsters, on the other hand, are planning to rob this bank. Being presented with an opportunity, they steal an enormous amount of cash. However, their joy will be short-lived as the gangsters are going to chase after them.

They entered an antique bungalow, seeking shelter from the pursuers of the robbers. They did not know what lay within it with secrets. The gangsters pursued them and also went in after believing they had cornered the robbers inside. What they would find inside was more terrorizing than they ever thought, for the bungalow was haunted.

Things turn weird and spooky, and the robbers as well as gangsters realize they are trapped in a ghost-infested house. Supernatural forces start playing tricks on their minds, and what was initially their battle for survival turns into a nightmare. Now, they must find a way to escape from the haunted bungalow while confronting vengeful spirits and their own fears.
