“Atharva” is a Telugu crime thriller by Mahesh Reddy, the return of Karthik Raju in a leading role. The movie is about “Karna”, a forensic scientist in the police clues department, who has the responsibility of cracking a complex murder case with unanticipated turns.

Karna is a diligent professional, trusting forensic science to get to the core of crimes. When a high-profile killing rocks the city, he is summoned to solve the case. Initially, the case is straightforward, but the deeper he gets, the more layers are added. The leads take him in various directions, and it is challenging to identify the actual killer. The more Karna investigates, the more he understands that the case is not merely about a single killing, there is a greater conspiracy involved.

With each new revelation, Karna is threatened by nefarious elements looking to disrupt him. He must navigate through misleading clues, hidden agendas, and sheer betrayal. Simran Choudhary and Ayraa lend support to the investigative process, adding an extra layer of depth emotionally. While the pieces finally start to fit into place in the puzzle, Karna gets entangled in a game fraught with risk wherein one miscalculation may prove costly for him.
