The director and writer of Chaari 111 is T.G. Keerthi Kumar, who previously helmed the Malli Modalaindi film starring Sumanth. In contrast to Vennela Kishore, Samyukta Viswanathan will portray the female lead. Alongside them in the movie are 'Tagubothu' Ramesh, Brahmaji, Rahul Ravindran, Pavani Reddy, and Murali Sharma.
