Chhalia is an Emotional-Musical Romantic Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Manmohan Desai. The Story revolves around the life of Chhalia (played by Raj Kapoor)- A Kind-Hearted and Simple man living his lonely life and shifts to the city for a better life. He fell in love with Shanti (played by Nutan)= A Sweet girl and he wanted to marry her.
