Devar is an Emotional-Romantic Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Mohan Segal. The Story revolves around the life of Shankar (played by Dharmendra)- A Wealthy man living with his family and a Cousin- Suresh (played by Deven Verma)- A more like of a Friend to him. When their Family arranged their both marriage with Madhu (played by Sharmila Tagore) for Shankar and Shanta (played by Shashikala) for Suresh. But Suresh saw Madhu first and wanted her to marry him and plan their wedding. Things get complicated- when Shankar notices Madhu his long-lost Childhood love- but she is now his Bhabhi, leading to consequences.
